How does dress hire work?
Simply choose your dress, select your hire dates at checkout, and we’ll reserve it for you. After your event, return the dress using the agreed method — we take care of the rest.
What designers are available?
How much does it cost to rent a dress?
Rental prices vary depending on the designer and dress style. Prices are displayed clearly on each item’s page, so you always know the cost before booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No upfront payment is taken. A deposit is simply held on your card at the time of booking and is released once the dress is returned in good condition. This ensures your dress is secure without any money being charged unless there is damage.
How long can I keep a dress?
You choose your hire period at checkout, typically 3 or 5 days. If you need the dress for longer, contact us to request an extension.
What sizes are offered?
Our dresses typically range from UK sizes 6 to 10, depending on the style. Each dress page includes detailed sizing information, so please check carefully before booking to ensure the best fit.
Is UK shipping included?
Yes — standard UK delivery is included in the hire price. If you require express delivery, please check the delivery options at checkout.
What happens if there’s damage to the dress?
Our dresses are carefully maintained, so please handle them with care. Minor wear is expected, but any significant damage may result in a charge. The held deposit covers this if necessary.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
A request to cancel a rental must be made via email to blakely.linda@googlemail.com at least 7 full days before the rental start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be possible, so please contact us as early as you can.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes — for security and to ensure a safe rental experience, identity verification is required after checkout. You’ll receive instructions via email on how to complete this simple process before the dress can be dispatched.
How do I track my order?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive tracking information to follow your dress delivery.
Do you have an in-store showroom?
Currently, all dress selection and booking is online. We may expand to in-store appointments in the future — stay tuned for updates.
